Description:

The University at Buffalo intends to purchase a Draeger Apollo Anesthesia Machine and Accessories from a contract awarded by Premier Inc. (Contract # PP-OR-2049) pursuant to its authority under section 163 (3) (vi), which authorizes the purchase of commodities from a consortium or comparable entity in lieu of using a centralized contract and without a formal competitive process when justified by price. Vendors who sell comparable Anesthesia Machines may, if interested, contact the University to discuss the procurement. A sealed bid will not be held.
