Description: The New York State Adirondack Park Agency (Agency) is seeking facilities to conduct the Adirondack Planning Forum during a two-day period on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 through Thursday, April 27, 2023 under terms and conditions more fully set forth in the Invitation for Bids (IFB) number C2023-03 including meeting rooms suitable for conducting seminars, lodging, catering facilities, and the ability to provide for additional needs, services, and equipment as outlined in the IFB. The facilities must be located within a 10-mile radius of the Agency's Ray Brook Headquarters.
