To be a towed unit, which shall be equipped upon delivery to consistently remove material which is 3/8” in diameter and larger without removing sand. Items it can remove shall included but not limited to: Cigarette butts, broken pieces of glass, seaweed, cans, pieces of wood, plastic, straws, and tar balls.
