The CUNY Advanced Science Research Center is soliciting bids for Comprehensive Service contract to maintain a Titan Themis 200, Titan Themis 300, Helios Nanolab 660 and associated components listed;

The comprehensive service shall include all necessary parts and labor to perform repairs, software updates and one (1) annual scheduled preventive maintenance for each piece of equipment in accordance to equipment manufacturer's current Preventive Maintenance check list.

Equipment maintenance shall meet OEM recommended Maintenance & safety standards, scheduled maintenance shall include all labor, scheduled maintenance parts, travel charges, repair labor,

Customer support shall include: priority technical support 4 hour telephone support response and 48 hour onsite service response with unlimited labor hours necessary to complete repair(s).

Service will be performed during normal working hours; Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm excluding holidays.

Requirement: Vendor must be certified to maintain and repair Titan Themis 200, Titan Themis 300 and Helios Nanolab 660 equipment and associated components with manufacturers parts.

Vendor Requirement: Prospective vendors that are authorized by Titan Themis 200, Titan Themis 300, Helios Nanolab 660 and associated components to provide comprehensive maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, and Titan Themis 200, Titan Themis 300, Helios Nanolab 660 and associated components parts are invited to submit no later than the date set forth below: 1) documentation verifying that you can meet the minimum product requirements to the CUNY contact person listed below. 2) A letter from Titan Themis 200, Titan Themis300 and Helios Nanolab 660 verifying their authority to provide these services.

Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the terms
and conditions of this advertisement (including without limitation, any attached
specifications and any other terms and conditions attached hereto or incorporated
by reference) and by the University's standard Purchase Order Terms and
Conditions and Appendix A, Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts which
are incorporated herein by reference with the same effect as it is written here.

Communication with respect to this procurement initiated by or on behalf of an
interested vendor through others may constitute an "impermissible contact" under
state law, and could result in disqualification of that vendor. No subcontracting
allowed.

of Compliance with State Finance Law §139-j and §139-k"
Under the requirements of the State Procurement Lobbying Act all
communications regarding advertised projects are to be channeled through the
Office of University Controller (*Designated Contacts). Until a designation is made,
communication with any other CUNY employees concerning this project that is
determined to be an attempt to influence the procurement may result in
disqualification.

Under the requirements of the PLA, all communications regarding advertised
projects are to be channeled through the Designated Contact. Communication with
respect to this procurement initiated by or on behalf of an interested vendor
through others than the Designated Contact may constitute an_"impermissible
