Stony Brook University Hospital (SBUH) is seeking quotes for renting Hill-Rom branded medical beds, to meet the demand when there is an increase in patients needing medical care at the hospital. Rental beds are brought in on a need basis, during peak times, for example when flu and COVID illnesses increase and the patients are admitted into the hospital. When the SBUH in-house beds are filled to capacity, then there is the need to rent additional Hill-Rom beds.

Vendors must provide proof of Certification/Authorization from Hill-Rom Company, Inc. for being able to provide the bed rental services.
