The NYS Department of Health (DOH) is seeking a marketing or public relations contractor to provide services including strategic messaging and creative content development and production for use in promoting enrollment of eligible New Yorkers through NY State of Health, the state’s official health plan Marketplace.

The contractor will develop an annual public relations plan, strategic message concepts, materials, shareable content, and plan and execute statewide awareness and enrollment events. The contractor must provide deliverables that reflect the cultural and linguistic diversity of New York.
