Roswell Park is seeking to replace its current Blood Establishment Computer Software. The chosen product will have the ability to support the donation process from donor recruitment through distribution of product to the transfusion service. If the company has a transfusion component, we are also interested evaluating it to understand whether additional efficiencies can be gained. The successful Bidder shall provide expertise and resources to support Roswell Park’s implementation of the product. The Successful Bidder will accept Roswell Park’s specific legal standards and illustrate their competence and track record of validation.

Legal Appendices (A, A-1, Business Associate Agreement and Appendix C) have been attached to Files Section of this RFP. These files are considered Roswell Park Required documents and will need to be incorporated into executed agreement (when/if awarded).

Please answer all scoping questions in reference to your current available deployable version. Any new features that will be a part of future versions should be referenced accordingly.
