Through this RFP, the New York Power Authority (“NYPA”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide specialty consulting to support the following aspects of customer data management on an ongoing basis: Participation in and support of enterprise data governance, Initiation and annual refresh of a customer data strategy, Ongoing improvement of customer data management processes, applications, platforms, integrations, etc., and Management of ongoing customer data operations.

Location of Event: NYPA'S WHITE PLAINS OFFICE LOCATED IN WHITE PLAINS, NEW YORK.

Bidders must have commensurate experience. Bidders are hereby directed to make use of the New York Power Authority's website at www.nypa.gov in order to obtain instructions on participating in the bidding process through Ariba. Bidders obtaining bid documents from sources other than NYPA Ariba do so at their own risk. Further details on qualifications/requirements can be found in the Bid Documents. This contract may be fulfilled by a Sub-Contract, Joint Venture or Co-Production arrangement.
