Description: SCOPE OF WORK The successful proposer will provide confidential services to individuals who are victims of all forms of intimate partner violence including domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, stalking, and human trafficking who do not require or desire residential placement.RCDSS is seeking providers who operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Respondent may submit proposals to offer alternative hours and days of operation, if needed, for possible consideration. However, at minimum, the hours and days of operation must be Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Services must be provided in a confidential, non-judgmental manner with respect and empathy. Vendors interested in obtaining the official version of the solicitation may register to download the solicitation at: https://rocklandgov.bonfirehub.com/portal . The County of Rockland officially distributes bidding documents through the Bonfire System. Copies of bidding documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain bidding documents from the Bonfire Portal are guaranteed to receive all attachments, drawings or addendum information, if such information is issued.
