SUNY Plattsburgh is soliciting a Request for Qualifications for design services for renovation of approximately 1,100 square feet of space in the Angell College Center for a new food venue. The space was previously used as a food venue. The scope of work will include electrical, plumbing and HVAC reconfiguration to accommodate the requirements of the new venue. An assessment of the current electrical, plumbing and HVAC to confirm that they will meet the needs of the proposed food venue. Finishes will be replaced as part of the project based on the concept design images provided. This will include flooring, wall finishes, soffits, suspended ceilings, lighting in addition to other components. The project will include schematic design, design development, construction document, bidding support and construction administration through the closeout of the project.

Fee shall be negotiated with the most qualified consultant. No cost proposals are to be submitted with the qualifications. Cost proposals will be requested only after a consultant selection is made.
