Camp Kaylie, a nonprofit organization in Wurtsboro, NY (Sullivan County) is seeking sealed bids for sales and installation of security related enhancements. The project includes: replacing the existing main entry and side doors to the gymnasium with bullet resistant doors, frames and locks, install shatter resistant security film on all other glass windows and panes throughout the facility.

Selection criteria will be based on experience and knowledge of the systems required, adherence to the projected work schedule, professional references, and cost.

Bids will be accepted until 6:00pm on May 15, 2023 and work is to commence by May 30, 2023 and be completed by June 19, 2023. Grant includes a 30% MWBE requirement. All are encouraged to bid - especially MWBEs.
