This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the State University of New
York Empire State College. The college needs to rebuild its web presence
by developing a prospect focused, goal driven, marketing website
from the ground up. This will include researching, strategizing,
designing, developing and launching a new site.
The objectives of this RFP are to:
1) obtain a vendor’s approach to this website rebuild;
2) obtain vendor's qualifications through team bios, previous work
examples, analytics, etc.
A response does not bind or obligate the responder or State University of New
York Empire State College to any agreement for the provision of services
referenced. No contracts will be awarded based on RFP submissions.
Responding or not responding to this RFP does not preclude a vendor from
bidding on any future solicitations.
It is anticipated, but not guaranteed, that the University will use the
information received from this RFP to develop a future procurement for these
services.
