GFLRPC requires an examination of its financial statements for the purpose of expressing an opinion as to whether the statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position, results of operations and cash flows for its fiscal year ending December 31st, 2022 in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles. Audit examinations should be made in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America, and the standards applicable to financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards, issued by the Comptroller General of the United States. In addition, for each of the fiscal years covered by the contract, GFLRPC, in general, the following Independent Auditors’ reports:

• Report on financial statements;
• Report on Internal Control over Financial Reporting and on Compliance and Other Matters Based on an Audit of Financial Statements Performed in Accordance with Government Auditing Standards;
• Report to the Board
• Any other reports that may be required

The financial statements and the above listed reports must be completed and formally presented to GFLRPC no later than September 30, 2023 so that the statements/reports can be presented to the Council.
