Description: The project consists of removing, abating, temporary board up, and installing new double hung windows to City Hall's west side. In addition to the new windows, heat pumps the City will furnish will need to be installed below selected windows. Under window wall areas behind the heat pumps will need additional furred out insulation installed at most all locations. Alternates on additional windows/heat pumps included.
