The Town of Brookhaven is soliciting proposals from qualified firms / proposers to provide engineering services for Stormwater Mitigation Measures - South Shore West, in the hamlets of Patchogue, Brookhaven and Blue Point. The goal of this project is to mitigate vulnerable road ends, minimize localized flooding and improve water quality in Patchogue Bay and Bellport Bay. This will be achieved through various site-dependent mitigation measures identified in the 2022 Town of Brookhaven Climate Smart South Shore Communities Plan. All measures will be implemented within the Town right-of-way and/or on public land.
