The New York City Housing Authority (“NYCHA”), Supply Management and Procurement Department (“SMP”), through this Solicitation, seeks bids from qualified vendors to provide NYCHA with materials for Doors (wood, laminated, plastic) for DEVELOPMENTS LOCATED IN ALL FIVE (5) BOROUGHS OF NEW YORK CITY. The materials to be provided by the successful vendor are described in greater detail in the RFQ Number: 416993. Interested vendors are invited to obtain a copy of the opportunity at NYCHA’s website by going to the http://www.nyc.gov/nychabusiness. A non-mandatory virtual Pre-bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at 10:30 AM, and will be conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams meeting. Although attendance is not mandatory at the Pre-Bid Conference, it is strongly recommended that all interested Bidders attend, and that bidders thoroughly review bid documents in advance of the meeting.
