In order to respond to this RFP/RFx, vendors must create an account within the PASSPort system if they have not already done so. A pre-bid conference via ZOOM is scheduled for 11/29/22 at 11:00 am. Those wishing to attend must request the ZOOM link by no later than 5:00 pm on 11/28/22 via email from the Authorized Agency Contact. The deadline for the submission of questions is 12/5/22 by 5:00 pm.
