Interested vendors are invited to obtain a copy of the opportunity at NYCHA’s website by going to http://www.nyc.gov/nychabusiness . Once you have accessed your iSupplier account, log into your account, then choose under the Oracle Financials home page, the menu option “Sourcing Supplier”, then choose “Sourcing”, then choose Sourcing Homepage”; and conduct a search in the “Search Open Negotiations” box for RFQ Number(s) 397928, 397929, 397930, 397931.

Scope of Work: The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and other incidental items required at various Developments to prepare substrate and the application of corrosion resistant coating as indicated by the Authority. The work is to include, but is not limited to providing epoxy flooring work as outined in the contract: 1. Basement floors; 2. Boiler and tank room floors; 3. Corridors; 4. Refinishing, and minor touch-ups; 5. Replace all related missing items with new items; and 6. Legal disposal of all removed items and debris.
A non-mandatory virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at 10:00 AM, and will be conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams meeting. Although attendance is not mandatory at the Pre-Bid Conference, it is strongly recommended that all interested Bidders attend and that Bidders thoroughly review bid documents in advance of the meeting.
