In accordance with Section 1-13 of the Concession Rules of the City of New York, the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation (“Parks”) is issuing, as of the date of this notice, a significant Request for Proposals (RFP) for the installation, operation and management of an Outdoor Holiday Gift Market at Columbus Circle, Central Park, Manhattan.

There will be a recommended remote proposer meeting on Monday, March 20, 2023 at 12:00 pm. If you are considering responding to this RFP, please make every effort to attend this recommended remote proposer meeting.

If you cannot attend the remote proposer meeting, please let us know by Friday, March 17, 2023 and subject to availability and by appointment only, we may set up a meeting at the proposed concession site, at (Block # 1111 & Lot # 1), which is located at Columbus Circle Plaza, around the Maine Monument and between Central Park South and Central Park West in front of the monument.
