NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Wayne will receive Quotes for Preventive Maintenance, Repairs and Emergency Service on 21 County Owned Emergency Generators. Generators are located at multiple locations throughout Wayne County.
Such proposals must be clearly identified and filed with the Clerk of the Wayne County Board of Supervisors, 26 Church Street, Lyons, New York 14489, on or before 2:30 p.m. prevailing time on Thursday April 20th , 2023.

The County of Wayne shall not be held responsible for the completeness or accuracy of any bid documents received by a vendor that were not directly issued to that vendor by the Purchasing Department.

The County does not offer or supply anyone the list of people that have obtained a copy of these bid specifications or cost estimates for the project prior to the opening of the bid. NO EXCEPTIONS ARE MADE TO THIS POLICY.
