B5687: Requirements Contract for Repair of Large Air Conditioning Equipment and Combined AC/Heating Equipment

• Bid Due Date and Time: Nov 29, 2022 by 4:00 P.M.
• Bid Opening Date and Time: Nov 30, 2022 at 11:00 A.M.
• PRE-BID CONFERENCE: Oct 27, 2022 at 2:00 P.M., on Microsoft Teams Live. The link to the virtual Pre-Bid Conference scheduled is here . We recommend that proposers download the free Microsoft Teams Application on their computer and/or mobile device to participate in the Teams Live Event in advance of the conference and attendees should plan to log in 5 minutes prior to the conference start time.

The Contractor shall provide all labor, material and supervision required for the repair or replacement of large Air Conditioning Equipment and combined AC/Heating Equipment and related systems in in designated DOE schools and buildings.
