RFP – BLUE CROSS ARENA GENERATOR AND SPRINKLER SYSTEM ASSESSMENT Project No. 23029

The City of Rochester, through its Architectural Services department, is soliciting proposals for architecture, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services to perform an assessment of the Blue Cross Arena generator and sprinkler system from teams with expertise in generators and fire protection systems.

The consultant shall evaluate the buildings electrical generator and the sprinkler system to generate an assessment report based on site observations, coordination with building operators/owner, and best design principles. The report shall include recommendations for replacement, refurbishment, and phasing as best determined by the assessment. The consultant will work with City personnel from the operator (Pegula Sports & Entertainment LLC), and the Rochester department of Environmental Services (including Architectural services and Building Services).


Pre-Proposal Walkthrough

A pre-proposal walkthrough for interested consultants will be held at 10:00 a.m. on December 9th, 2022 at the Blue Cross Arena, 1 War Mem Sq., Rochester, NY 14614
