The City of Rochester, through the Bureau of Architecture and Engineering, is seeking proposals from qualified Engineering and Landscape Architecture Consultants for trail improvements and enhancements to the Maplewood Park segment of the Genesee Riverway Trail. Consultants will be engaged to provide design services from schematic design through construction documentation and SEQR review, bid and award, as well as construction phase design services.

This project is funded by the City’s Capital Improvement Program.

To ensure that all Respondents have a clear understanding of the scope and requirements of the RFP, the City will respond to all questions submitted to Project Manager Tyler Burke, PE at tyler.burke@cityofrochester.gov by the deadline established in the RFP (October 11, 2022 at 4:00 p.m.) Responses to submitted questions will be provided by October 14, 2022.
