In order to receive the Specifications and Drawings for this solicitation, you must complete the attached SBU Form. The SBU Form must be sent via email to kyle.cole@gsa.gov and marcela.delorenzo@gsa.gov. A site visit will be held at the Leo W O'Brien Federal Building, located at 1 Clinton Square, Albany, NY 12207. Please email the following individuals if you would like to attend one (1) day prior to the site visit: kyle.cole@gsa.gov and marcela.delorenzo@gsa.gov. Please allow for sufficient time to process through security. Only one representative per general contractor will be allowed, no sub contractors will be allowed, and bring your own PPE. The site visit is not mandatory, but is encouraged. Questions are due via email to the contracting officer and contract specialist by close of business on Monday, April 10th, 2023 (kyle.cole@gsa.gov & marcela.delorenzo@gsa.gov). Bids are due Friday, April 21st, 2023 by 4:00 pm EST. We will only be accepting proposals electronically. Please submit them to the SAM.gov solicitation posting and also send them via email to kyle.cole@gsa.ogv and marcela.delorenzo@gsa.gov.
