The United States Government intends to evaluate the renewal of a lease, with the Lessor of 5000 Corporate Court, Holtsville, NY 11742 for 37,601 rentable square feet (RSF), yielding 32,696 ANSI-BOMA office area square feet (ABOASF) of office and related space, to extend the term for an additional five years effective February 16, 2024 to February 15, 2029. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this advertisement from potentially interested vendors with available existing office or suitable space meeting the requirement within 15 minute drivable commuting distance from 5000 Corporate Ct, Holtsville, NY as a basis to develop a cost-benefit analysis and to determine whether to compete the lease requirement or pursue a sole source justification to remain at its current location. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive employee downtime.
