02-24-2023 AMEND 0001-- RFI questions and answers



The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SOLICITATION for U.S. Army USMA Graduation Parking Support Service FY 23 at West Point, NY.



This is a ONE-TIME requirement for FY 2023.



This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 812930 Parking Lots, Garages, and Services, size standard is $38.5 Million Per Year and FSC/PSC of V212.



In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov.
