The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this solicitation for Elevator Maintenance & Repair Service at West Point, NY.



This is a base + 4 option years solicitation. The Period of Performance (POP) is listed below.



Base Yr.: 13 April 2023 – 12 April 2024



First Option Yr.: 13 April 2024 – 12 April 2025



Second Option Yr.: 13 April 2025 – 12 April 2026



Third Option Yr.: 13 April 2026 – 12 April 2027



Fourth Option Yr.: 13 April 2027 - 12 April 2028





This requirement is unrestricted under NAICS Code: 811310 – Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance, size standard is $11.0 Million and FSC/PSC is: J035.

The changes are listed below for the Elevator Maintenance & Repair Service. Please see the attached updated PWS, updated site visit instructions, updated 52.212-2 Addendum and the attached Amendments W911SD-23-R-0064 0001 & W911SD-23-R-0064 0002.



The signed and completed Solicitation W911SD-23-R-0064 must be emailed to Ms. Tara D’Amico no later than April 5, 2023 by 12 pm. Eastern Time with your quotes, certifications/licenses, past performance questionnaires, and the signed Amendments, W911SD-23-R-0064 0001 and W911SD-23-R-0064 0002. The interested quoters must submit their Past Performance Assessment Questionnaires and a copy of their licenses/certification described in the PWS and 52.212-2 Addendum by the date and time listed above.

The other changes include an updated Performance Work Statement (PWS), updated Site Visit Instructions, updated 52.212-2 Addendum with instructions for the Performance Assessment Questionnaire and additional clauses FAR 52.216-4, Economic Price Adjustment-Labor and Material and 52.237-1, Site Visit.



UPDATED INSTRUCTIONS



All interested quoters must sign and return the attached amendments W911SD-23-R-0064 0001 and W911SD-23-R-0064 0002 for the Elevator Maintenance and Repair Service no later than the closing date of the Solicitation, W911SD-23-R-0064 for the Elevator Maintenance & Repair Service of April 5, 2023 by 12:00 pm. Eastern Time. The signed and completed Solicitation W911SD-23-R-0064 with your quotes, certifications/licenses, past performance questionnaires, and the signed Amendments, W911SD-23-R-0064 0001 and W911SD-23-R-0064 0002 are due no later than April 5, 2023 by 12:00 pm. Eastern Time. All interested quoters must send the above information by e-mail to Ms. Tara D'Amico, at Tara.M.Damico.civ@army.mil.



There is a mandatory site visit for all interested quoters on Thursday, March 16, 2023 at 10:00 am Eastern Time. Please review the site visit instructions for the information. The confirmation date for the site visit is no later than Wednesday, March 15, 2023 by 12 pm. Eastern Time.



The requests for information (RFI’s) are due no later than Wednesday, March 22, 2023 by 12 pm. Eastern Time.



All interested quoters must confirm they are coming to the Site Visit on Thursday, March 16, 2023 no later than Wednesday, March 15, 2023 by 12 pm. Eastern Time. The site visit is mandatory.
