The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), has a requirement for Janitorial Service at Steward Air Traffic Control Tower, Westchester County Airport (HPN) Air Traffic Control Tower, Hudson Valley Regional Airport (POU) Air Traffic Control Tower, Farmingdale Flight Standard District Office (FSDO) and Farmingdale Manufacturing Inspection Office (MIDO), New York.

This is a firmed fixed priced (FFP) procurement set-aside for Total Small Business for Base plus 4 one year option periods.

Base Year 07/01/2023 -06/30/2024

OY 1 07/01/2024 -06/30/2025

OY 2 07/01/2025 -06/30/2026

OY 3 07/01/2026 -06/30/2027

OY 4 07/01/2027 -06/30/2028

The contractor must supply all materials, supplies, and tools necessary to accomplish all tasks as outlined. All materials and supplies must be in accordance with FAA SOW's and DOL Wage Determinations.

SITE VISIT

The FAA urges and expects offerors to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Site Visit information is outlined on page 6 of solicitation document 697DCK-23-R-00180. Information provided at the site visit, as well as answers to questions shall not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and/or specifications. Terms remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. ATTENDANCE AT THE SITE VISIT IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED.

Proposals must be received by email no later than the specified date and time listed in block 8 of the solicitation document to Jennifer.Walker-Gomez@faa.gov.

Any responses received after the closing date and time may not be considered in accordance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submission, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals.

This RFO is not to be constructed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to preparation and submIssion of required proposal documentation.
