The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Federal Correctional Institution, FCI Ray Brook, located at 128 Ray Brook Road, Ray Brook, NY, is soliciting a Combined Synopsis/Soliciatation contract to supply eight (8) Commercial Electric Hot Water Heaters with 480 Volt 3 phase connection capability. The required specifications are as follows:

Contractor will:

• Supply eight (8) 119-120 gallon capacity commercial electric hot water heaters.
  
  Hot Water Heaters will include the following:


• 480 volt, 3 phase power option


• Maximum overall width - 36 in


• 6 element tank model


• Capable of 160 degree water supply
  
  All potential offerors are advised that this solicitation includes the clause FAR 52.204-99, System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) registration. As of October 2012, all vendors participating shall be registered in the SAM website (www.sam.gov). Also, please ensure your business is registered in the www.sam.gov database under the proper NAICS code for this solicitation.
  
  Each offeror/bidder shall carefully read and review the item offered for bid, paying close attention to the size of the container, description, and number of units of issue, etc. requested prior to offering your price. Please ensure that your UEI number and TIN number is listed on your bid sheets along with company name, address, email, and telephone number. I have attached the Specification Sheet for your review.
  
  All items paid to a small business will be net 15 days and all bids will be FOB Destination to FCI Ray Brook; by submitting a bid, you agree to these terms.
  
  Offers shall be received on or before the deadline April 24, 2023, 12:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, via email. Bidder is responsible for ensuring receipt of bids.
  
  Please do not submit quotes to any location other than the one listed below. Quotes received after the deadline will not be considered. Delivery appointments are not necessary, the warehouse is open from 6:00am to 4:00pm Monday-Friday and is run on a first come, first serve basis.
