The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Delineated Area:
Southern Boundary: Susquehanna River.
Western Boundary: Route 26 (Union Center Maine Hwy).
Northwest Boundary: Route 26 to Pollard Hill Road to East Main Road to Route 112 to Route 89 to Route 4 becoming 104 to Route 11 to Highway 81.
Northeast Boundary: Route 11 & Highway 81 to Highway 88, ending at the Port Crane exit.
East Boundary: Albany Street to Pine Street, which becomes Depot Hill Road. Route 68 (Old State Road) west to Route 185 (Stratmill Road) south ending at Highway 81. From there (Highway 81) to Colesville Road to Highway 11 (Conklin Kirkwood Road) to Susquehanna River.

- Parking area must be capable of being secured with fencing or gates.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully-serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
