Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:



State:New York



City:Buffalo



Delineated Area:



Buffalo Central Business District



North: Beginning on the northwest corner of Forest Avenue and the I-190, head east on Forest to the east side of West Ave. Head south on West Ave to

the north side of School Street. Proceed southwest on School Street to southwest side of Prospect Street. Continue south on Prospect to the northeast

corner of Carolina Street. Continue on Carolina Street to the northwest corner of West Tupper and S. Elmwood. Continue up the west side of S.

Elmwood to the northwest corner of North Street. Proceed east on North Street (which becomes E. North Street as you cross over Main Street) to the

northeast corner of E. North Street and Michigan Ave.





East: From the northeast corner of E North Street, head south down Michigan Avenue to the 33/Kensington Expressway. Cross the 33, continuing south

down the east side of Hickory Street to the south side of William Street. Head west down William Street to the east side of Pine Street. Continue south

on Pine Street to the north side of S. Division Street. Head east on S. Division Street crossing Hamburg Street to the east side of Jefferson. Head south

on Jefferson to the north side of Swan Street. Continue east down Swan Street to the north side of Seymour Street. Continue on Seymour Street to the

north east side of Smith Street (crossing land between Lord and Smith, as Seymour street ends at Lord). Continue south on the east side of Smith

Street, crossing to the west side of Fillmore Ave. Continue south down Fillmore Ave, crossing Seneca Street to the south side of Exchange Street.





South: At the south east corner of Fillmore Ave, head west down the south side of Exchange Street to the east side of Michigan Avenue. Continue south

down Michigan Ave to the Buffalo River. At the river, cross Michigan Avenue. Continue along the river crossing Route 5/Buffalo Skyway. Continue along

the Buffalo Inner Harbor. Cross over Erie Street at the boat ramp at the Erie Basin Marina. Continue northwest along the water in the Erie Basin Marina

to the south side of La Salle Park.





West: Along the Erie Basin Marina at the south side of La Salle Park, cut across land to the I-190. Follow the I-190 north and along the Niagara River to

the northwest corner of Forest Avenue.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Buffalo, New York, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
